Privacy of personal information is an important principle to King & Bay West Management Corp. (“KBW” or the “Company”). KBW is committed to collecting, using and disclosing personal information responsibly and only to the extent necessary.

KBW destroys paper files containing personal information by shredding them. Electronic information is destroyed by deleting it and, when the hardware is discarded KBW ensures that the hard drive is physically destroyed or electronically wiped.


With few exceptions, you have the right to see what personal information of yours that KBW holds. If the KBW representative does not know you, it will be necessary for you to confirm your identity before KBW can provide you access to your personal information.

Access to your personal information can be denied if:

  • necessary to protect KBW’ rights and property; or
